Dentistry

A chain of 2 dentistry outlets consulted Delron & Co. with the exit process. Our client wished to exit the business as it was doing fantastically well, hoping to derive a higher valuation. Noting the consistent sales with exceptional profit margins of 35%-37% each year as well as the strong community the business has forged, Delron & Co. stepped in with seasoned negotiators from the VC and PE field, we managed to exit at 2.8x of the EBITDA.

Software as a Service

We successfully exited a SaaS business specializing in event booking and ticketing, with a strong footprint across Singapore’s corporate and entertainment sectors. Their platform allowed events to be booked via a booking system and allowed customers to keep track of their present bookings. They also had a reminder system for both end-users. Delron & Co. managed to secure their exit at 4.85x multiple of their EBITDA.

Client was satisfied with the exit result and was able to use the funds for his next venture.

Construction & Interior Design

Client wanted to exit his business as his children was not willing to take over it. Hence, he emphasized on the fact that the buyer needs to have the same shared vision of running the business with creativity and staying true to ethics. With that in mind, Delron & Co. managed to scout through our vast network of potential buyers. For a few months, there were many back and fourth negotiations between interested parties.

Eventually, Delron & Co. manage to find the perfect buyer that was able to take over the business at a respectable price and multiple of 2.5x of the EBITDA.

Construction

Client consulted Delron & Co. to exit his General Contractor business, specializing in renovation due to him seeking early retirement. The business specialized in residential renovations and light commercial projects, with the importation of windows and grills. The business had strong presence around Singapore and worked with hundreds of private homeowners and landlords with ongoing contracts, hence we managed to exit the business for a 2.35x multiple of their EBITDA.
