Meet The Founder.

Hi there! I’m Delron, the founder of Delron & Co. My journey into entrepreneurship began at 14, driven by a deep curiosity about how businesses grow, evolve, and eventually transition. I exited one of my ventures in the skincare industry. That experience opened my eyes to the complexities of selling a business, from legal hurdles, financial preparations to finally sourcing the right buyer. This in turn, sparked my passion for helping others navigate that process with confidence.

I was determined to help business owners navigate their exit journey, without the hassle and fuss that I had to face. Selling a business shouldn’t feel like stepping into the unknown. It should be a clear, strategic process that respects the time, energy, and legacy you’ve built. That’s the foundation Delron & Co. was built on: to offer owners a smoother, smarter way to exit, with guidance that’s grounded in real experience.
